We exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is shipped within four to seven (4 to 7) business days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that we shall not be held responsible for any delay in shipment of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of us, We shall take all required and necessary steps to ensure shipment of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
Return Items You Ordered
The Harsha Stores that Invoiced and delivered your products has the prerogative of replacement (if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' state). You may call the Customer Service number or the one that is available in your Invoice.
Please ensure that product is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing, damaged OR tampered serial numbers and invoice along with the product. - Any consumable item which has been used or installed will not be covered.
Return requesta are entertained within the specified period from the date of Invoice.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock and if not available a successor model at the differential rate will be arranged.
The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
