  • The installation and Demo of Air Conditioner, Panel TV, Washing Machine and other products (wherever required) will be done by the manufacturer/our executives/ Service providers within          48-96 business hours depending on the location after the delivery of the product.This may incur charges (whenever FREE is not specified).
  • Stand for the Outdoor unit, Extra copper wire/Electrical wiring, Wire concealing charges/Wrapping the pipe with seasoning tape,Additional Drain pipe, Core cutting, Plumbing,          Masonry,Carpentry Work Labour charges are extra by the Manufacturers / Service providers if required.

No Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

Your total purchase value/ transaction value should be a minimum of  Rs 500/- and not exceeding INR 10,00,000/-

For deliveries, your invoice value must be  Rs 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) or above.

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch of Products by the Company

  • Harsha hereby informs User that User's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  • Harsha reserves the right at any time after receipt of User's order to accept or decline User's order for any reason.
  • It reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, after prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity User ordered of any item.
  • Your order will be deemed accepted by us upon shipment of products or performance of services that you have ordered as indicated by our servers.
  • We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
  • We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/ debit/ cash card charged.
  • If your credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.
  • You are entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by calling 0820-2523843, +91 9845128691, +91 8105968111
  • "Cancel Order" can be placed within 24 hours after booking of order
  • For any enquiries or information regarding your transaction with us, do not provide your credit/debit card details by any means.
  • All your queries can be replied on the basis of order id.
  • We do not store the credit/debit card information in any form during the transaction.
  • Any refund amount will be credited only in the same account through order was made by user.
  • Customer is advised not to close that account so that refund amount will be credited back.
  • User can check their refund status online by clicking “Refund Status” link after logging in.
